- 3 tbsp chopped dill
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- salt (as needed)
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch rounds.
2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, and a sprinkle of salt.
3. Spread the cream cheese-dill mixture evenly on the cucumber slices.
4. Top with pieces of smoked salmon and extra dill leaves. Enjoy!
