WITH MUSIC! In today's workout we have a pilates inspires arms & upper body workout (with a little bit of ab work) - short & spicy with a nice, deep stretch at the end.
It's back! Since you guys loved the 5 x 5 cardio so much the first time around, we have another one! This one is slightly less intense than the first one, but still a great full body burner. Let's go!
