INGREDIENTS
- 4 sugar free chocolate cookies
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Dark chocolate shavings, to serve
DIRECTIONS
1. Crush the cookies and divide them in two small bowls or jars.
2. Mix the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until completely combined. Divide the mixture in the two bowls or jars.
3. Top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and chocolate shavings.
