INGREDIENTS
-1 Egg
-1 Cup Rolled Oats
-1 Ripe Banana
-1/2 Cup almond milk
-1/8 tsp Salt
-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
-1 Tsp Baking Soda
-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Honey, or Agave
-2 Tbsp Nut Butter
-2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 375F
2. Place all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips into the blender. Blend for one minute until all ingredients are well blended.
3. Pour the batter equally into two greased ramekins. Add half a tablespoon of chocolate chips into the batter and mix it in. Top with the other half tablespoon of chocolate chips.
4. Peel the apples and slice them apples into thin, half moon shapes. Add the slices to the blended mixture and gently combine with a spoon until evenly distributed.
5. Bake for 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let it cool 5 minutes and serve!
optional: smother with more nut butter or drizzle with maple syrup for maximum yumminess.
