    A simple but FIRE booty & leg workout that has a 10 minute abs finisher at the end! Make sure your weight is heavy enough - 12-15 reps should feel like a STRUGGLE! If it feels too easy, time to increase the weight!

  • ABS + CARDIO MASHUP 3.0

    Episode 2

    Here is another cardio + abs mashup! It’s time to get your sweat on + work your core to get your abs poppin’. I think this workout is up and down but hey that’s what makes it fun! 😅

  • Back, Shoulders, & Arms | UPPER BODY for posture and strength

    Episode 3

    A quick & spicy upper body workout using dumbbells. We target the back, shoulders, arms and chest. Get stronger and improve your posture, especially if you spend a lot of time seated behind a desk or computer. Grab your weights and do it with me!
