This is Dr. Adrianna Ortega! She is a doctor of physical therapy, certified pilates instructor and pelvic rehab fertility specialist. She specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She teaches our prenatal classes alongside Vicky and is the coach you need for all things pelvic floor, birth prep, and maintaining safe and effective form as you work out during your pregnancy.
