INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs hard boiled
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 green onion, slices
- 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
- 2 slices of multigrain toast
DIRECTIONS
1. Hard boil the eggs.
2. Seperate the yolks, and mash together with the sour cream, mayo, salt, and pepper to create a paste.
3. Cube the egg whites. stir into the paste along wit hthe green onion & dill.
4. Toast your bread and rub with a peeled garlic clove.
5. Top the toast with egg salad, and sprinkle more salt and pepper if needed. enjoy!
