INGREDIENTS
Base:
- 2 pouches acai puree UNSWSEETENED
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 4 TBSP cocoa Powder
- optional: 2 TBSP plant-based milk if you like your acai more liquid / runny
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup Granola
- 1/2 medium banana (sliced)
- 1 TBSP sweetener (coconut nectar, honey, or agave)
- 1 TSP coconut shavings
- 1 TBSP Cacao Nibs / Dark Chocolate Bits
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend the acai with frozen banana and cocoa powder (and milk, if desired).
2. Divide the mixture between two bowls and top with: granola, sliced banana, coconut shavings and chocolate (feel free to add more or less toppings as you wish).
3. Drizzle with sweetener if desired, and enjoy!
