INGREDIENTS
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 cucumber
- 2 oranges (peeled)
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- a thumb of ginger
- optional: 1 tbsp of honey for sweeteness
DIRECTIONS
1. Chop all the ingredients into chunks and add them to a blender.
2. Fill the blender with a cup of water (add more or less depending on how thick you like the consistency) and blend on medium-high.
3. Serve over ice and enjoy!
