WELCOME TO HOLIDAY SHRED! 3 weeks of burning fat, building muscle, and bringing the SPICE during this last month of the 2024. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and 30 minutes a day to end the year feeling like your fittest, baddest self.
We have HIIT, dance cardio, resistance training, and walking workouts for the next 3 weeks. You can join in 5 days a week, and rest on the weekends, OR do the optional workouts scheduled for the rest days for maximum consistency.
(and if you are here after december 2nd, dont worry - you can join in and start from day 1 ANYTIME 💪🏼)
