This is a 3 week workout challenge that targets your whole body and can be done completely from home. Most of these workouts are only body weight, but there are a few where a resistance band is optional.

I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOUR PROGRESS! You can send me photos, tag me on Insta, or even make a Youtube video showing your journey / results to this challenge.

Do not forget to warm up and stretch before each workout. Lets do this!

    Episode 1

    Go ahead and take a break - you deserve it! You can still do some gentle movement today. Some ideas are:
    - a gentle yoga practice
    - full body stretch
    - a walk outside
    Enjoy the day and come back to smash your workout tomorrow!
